Not every repair can be completed on site. If testing, specialist tools, parts or extended repair work are needed, we may recommend taking the device to our workshop. We will explain this and obtain your agreement first.

Home support starts at €20. A €20 home-support charge applies once we begin diagnosing the requested service. If you authorise repair work, labour starts from €35 per hour. We will confirm the scope and pricing before work begins.
