Device collection and home-service submissions are requests, not confirmed appointments. A member of Tech Solutions Cyprus will call you on the next working day to confirm the arrangements.

Drop-off service

Register your device before bringing it to our Paphos or Nicosia service point.

  • Computers, laptops, phones, tablets and handheld consoles
  • Unique intake tracking number
  • Drop off in Paphos or Nicosia

Best for: Devices that need workshop diagnosis, repair or upgrades.

Collection & return

Device Collection

Ask us to collect your device from home and return it after the service.

  • Choose any preferred collection date
  • Date and time confirmed by telephone
  • Tracking number followed by confirmation call

€20 total for collection and return, payable whether or not a repair takes place.

Request Collection
On-site support

Home IT Service

Request eligible on-site help for printers, Wi-Fi, networks, software setup and desktop diagnosis.

  • Available in Paphos and Nicosia
  • Suitability and arrangements confirmed by phone
  • Workshop service recommended when on-site work is unsuitable

€20 once diagnosis begins. Authorised repair labour starts from €35 per hour.
