Acceptable Use Policy
Rules protecting accounts, forms, chatbot, infrastructure and services against abuse or unlawful use.
1. Purpose
This policy protects customers, Vistanova Global Ltd, third parties and the reliability of services operated under Tech Solutions Cyprus. It applies to visitors, account holders, API users, chatbot users, customers and anyone acting through their credentials.
2. Lawful and authorised use
You may use the website and services only for lawful purposes and within your authority. You must not ask us to access, monitor, recover, alter, disable or bypass a device, account, network, security control or data without permission from the lawful owner or administrator.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- probe, scan, exploit or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, APIs or infrastructure;
- bypass rate limits, authentication, access controls, payment controls or safety checks;
- upload malware, destructive code, unlawful surveillance tools or content that exploits children;
- impersonate another person or submit false ownership, billing, contact or authority information;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or data-protection rights;
- use forms, email or chatbot to transmit passwords, payment-card data, private keys or unnecessary highly sensitive information;
- scrape, automate or overload services except through an expressly authorised interface and agreed limits;
- use the service for spam, harassment, threats, fraud, discrimination or illegal goods or activity;
- request deceptive design, dark patterns, fake reviews, hidden subscriptions or misleading claims;
- interfere with evidence, logs, legal holds or incident investigations.
4. Customer content
You are responsible for content and instructions you provide. We may reject, quarantine or remove material where reasonably necessary for security, law, rights protection or contract performance. We do not assume a general duty to monitor all customer content, but may investigate credible reports.
5. Security testing
Security testing of our systems requires prior written permission defining targets, methods, dates and reporting. An absence of immediate blocking does not create authorisation. Report a suspected vulnerability privately to info@techsolutionscyprus.com and do not access, retain or disclose data beyond what is strictly necessary to describe the issue.
6. Enforcement
We may rate limit, suspend, preserve evidence, refuse work, terminate access or notify affected parties or authorities where proportionate and lawful. We will consider context, seriousness, recurrence and risk. Payment obligations for lawful work already performed remain subject to the contract and mandatory rights.
7. Reporting
Report abuse or security concerns to info@techsolutionscyprus.com with enough information to investigate, but do not include passwords, private keys or unnecessary personal data.
